How do we book our stay?

Is there parking available?
Yes. Each individual condo rental includes one assigned parking space. Please note that oversized vehicles, trailers, and RVs are strictly prohibited in the parking lot. The property management requires a mandatory gate and parking fee payable at the front office upon arrival for your parking permit and gate access card.
What are the pool hours and amenities?
The complex features two swimming pools, including one that is heated for year-round enjoyment. Pools are generally open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM in the summer (dawn to dusk in other seasons).
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, the Villa del Sol complex maintains a no-pet policy for all guest rentals.
Is the building secure?
Yes, Villa del Sol is a gated community with a fob/access-card entry system and 24-hour security personnel on-site for your peace of mind.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Where do I go when I arrive?
When you reach 3938 Surfside Blvd, pull up to the main office gate. You will need to stop at the front desk lobby to pay your parking fee and receive your gate access card. Once through the gate, head to your assigned parking spot near your building.
What is the best way to get to Villa del Sol?
Most guests arrive via I-37 S or US-181 S. Once you cross the Harbor Bridge into North Beach, you’ll find us nestled between the bay and Surfside Blvd.
From Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP): It’s a quick 15-minute drive. Follow TX-44 E to I-37 S, then take US-181 N across the bridge. Exit toward Beach Ave.
From San Antonio: Drive south on I-37 S for about 2 hours. As you enter Corpus Christi, stay left to merge onto US-181 N (North Beach/Portland) and exit at Beach Ave.
From Houston: Take US-59 S to US-77 S. Follow TX-35 S and US-181 S into Corpus Christi, taking the exit for Beach Ave/N Beach.
